Fresh Perspective, Backed by Experience.
Kristen joined her father, Tony Parrish, in the Real Estate business in 2014. Having spent over a decade in sales across industries such as Advertising and SAAS, Kristen was looking to build a career in an industry that she is passionate about and where she could support clients making huge life-changing decisions. Her approach as an advisor comes from a place of honesty, ethics, and education with the goal of helping people find their way home.
A member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and active in the Petaluma Chapter, Kristen constantly has her finger on the pulse of local Real Estate. Her 10+ years of sales and marketing experience prior to Real Estate taught her a steady work ethic and the importance of communication, negotiation, and time management. Kristen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Santa Clara University and spent time studying abroad in London through Syracuse University New York.
Raised in Petaluma since the age of four, Kristen has a strong connection to Sonoma County and all that the area has to offer. From food and wine to unequivocal access to the outdoors, her love for her hometown of Petaluma is unrivaled. After living in cities across the U.S. such as San Francisco, Miami, and Chicago, she moved back to Petaluma in 2015 with her husband – also a Petaluma native – and they are raising their young daughter in the community that they love. Free time is dedicated to family and often spent outdoors running, hiking and trekking the coast, but also frequently includes trying new restaurants, wine tasting, and walking her dog, Pandora.

His education paired with his knowledge of real estate sales and marketing, has resulted in Tony’s exciting and rewarding career.
